Child Safety Standards
bound's standards for preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including reporting channels and contact point.
1. Scope and Age Requirement
bound is an interest-activity and social platform operated by YOCHAN, and is only for users aged 18 and over.
If bound discovers or reasonably suspects that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will disable or delete the account and, where appropriate, restrict related content or interactions.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
bound has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Users may not use bound to create, upload, share, solicit, distribute, promote, trade, or facilitate any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, including grooming, sextortion, obscene or nude content, threats, or anything else that endangers child safety.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
bound prohibits any text, images, videos, links, profiles, chat content, events, or comments that depict, encourage, normalize, solicit, or distribute CSAE, CSAM, or other content that endangers child safety.
bound also prohibits using the platform to find, groom, extort, contact, recruit, or arrange any inappropriate sexual contact or exploitation involving minors.
4. In-App Reporting and User Feedback
bound provides in-app reporting and blocking so users can report inappropriate profiles, photos, messages, events, comments, or other suspicious behavior.
Users can also contact bound Trust & Safety at support@bound-app.com to provide additional information about child safety, CSAE, CSAM, or other safety concerns.
5. Moderation, Removal, and Account Actions
When bound becomes aware of or reasonably suspects CSAE, CSAM, or other content or behavior that endangers child safety, we take action as appropriate, including but not limited to removing content, restricting features, suspending or deleting accounts, preserving necessary records, and preventing the content from reappearing.
Serious or repeat violators may be permanently banned. Where content or behavior involves immediate danger, illegality, or child protection needs, bound will take further action under applicable law and platform policies.
6. Legal Compliance and Reporting
bound complies with applicable child protection, safety, data retention, and reporting laws, and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities and law enforcement.
Where required by law or necessary for safety, bound may report content or behavior involving CSAE, CSAM, or child safety risks to the relevant authorities, law enforcement, child protection agencies, or applicable regional reporting channels.
